The Non-Transparent and Pre-Programmed Algorithms for player/user numbers and symbols results in virtual online games. This

is as opposed to the current virtual online gaming results out there for gaming where players e.g. players in poker, dice games

etc., without the opportunity for any input, are totally oblivious as to where the cards and dice roll they are receiving originate from.

The Concept:-

Why the Concept came about and How the Concept was imagined and invented. The

concept came about after seeing and recognizing player’s frustration at not being able to

receive their desired results due to pre-programmed algorithms with the absence of player

input. This led to working out a unique system solution of player input to increase the

players percentage chance of achieving their pre-entered result.

The Fiscal Power Games Story followed by the Solution

”I have put £500 into this machine and it has paid out nothing” the player shouts and swears as he kicks the machine, the manager of the

bookmakers behind his counter shouted at the player get out of the shop and you are barred, then picks up the telephone and shouts I am calling

the police, the irate player raises his right leg and stamps at the glass displays of the machine until the display glass shatters, the irate player

casually leaves the shop in a hurry. I would never played the machines in the shop as my logic was I have no input to get the results I desire ,I

just visit the shop to do my bets on football matches where I can assess the form of the football teams in matches, I asked the manager who I

knew why did he not remotely lock the exit door so the irate player could not leave and call the police, he told me unless it is a violent incident

the door would be locked and police would be called, but these incidents of criminal happen in our shops nationwide at least once per month or

more and if we call the police to these incidents the police would have to register an incident report at the shop which will accumulate and as a

trouble spot and risk the renewal of the shop’s license. I met my friend who was older than me and work covered the area as the maintenance

engineer of the machines in the shop, I told him of the incident with the irate player and what he told me I was astounded that every £100 the

machine takes it is pre-programed to only pay out £30 with players without any input are unaware of what to do or how to achieve there desired

result and if he caught me playing the machines he would remove my hands.

This spurred, incentivized me to use my logic to create and map out a system with player input, I was then assisted by my angel investor and USA

based project partner to develop the system, I then contacted a USA based patent lawyer who after seeing a demo video with narration made

using our unique system and how it works as shown in our pitch deck. The patent lawyer did patent searches then advised me the system is

unique then discussed with me applying for a patent with the advice that 90% of patent applications are refused, my project partners and it was

decided to apply for the systems’ 2 patents and reinforcing our belief in the unique system with player input to determine numbers and symbols

results in virtual online games and succeeded 2 USA patents for our unique system with player input was granted in 2018 and 2019. As verified in

our pitch deck.

After 2019 lock down held us up to contemplate pitching which instigated our thinking that building our fully operational virtual online 5 games:- our dice

game developed and awaiting build, 5 card stud poker, poker cheta incorporation card deck and dice rolls outlined in our pitch deck, Bingo and virtual

horse racing. This will be set up for players to subscribe yearly to invite family, friends and associates to play Fiscal Power Games for fun.

Research as shown in link within our pitch deck, they are over 3 billion gamers worldwide, a fertile catchment area for the Fiscal Power Games virtual

online games with their player input to determine results where gamers would have access from home to their personal virtual online games on a

subscription basis to play games with family friends and associates worldwide, you can recognize it is the future of virtual online gaming.

Our USA Fiscal Power Games project partner has an independent hosting with server capacity for 500,000 subscribers with costing per subscriber and

can easily be scaled up for additional subscribers as shown in our pitch deck.

After contacting games build companies with offices in the USA after declaring interest in our unique system, after discussions on our develop and build

to our required speck they would not give us a signed off quote but an estimate that required a deposit for putting a team together and would not sign

off on what work the team will carry out for the deposit. In 2023 we were contacted by a reputable games build company and after discussions we were

provided with a development and build schedule for the fully operational virtual online games with an amazing and tangible quote for 5 games which

they signed off and committed to as stated and shown in our pitch deck.

Slide 2: The executives board meeting the criminal damage we are experiencing to our machines should not be of any concern factoring in the

minuscule repair cost of the machines as opposed to the profit each machine generates with their pre-programed algorithms, in consideration of the

criminal damage calling the police for these incidents would not be a viable policy.
